Well, instead of deleting the blank rows painstakingly one after the other, we’ll show you how you can delete them quickly and without much hassle.

Applies To: Microsoft® Excel® 2007, 2010 and 2013

  1. Select any cell within the worksheet.
  2. Press F5.
  3. Click on Special.








  1. Select Blanks.









  1.  Click OK.










  1. Press CTRL and minus.
  2. Select Entire row.






  1. Click OK.
