Spending some time at the Cerebral Palsy Unit at Natal Settlers

“The best antidote I know for worry is work. The best cure for weariness is the challenge of helping someone who is even more tired. One of the great ironies of life is this: He or she who serves almost always benefits more than he or she who is served.” Gordon B. Hinckley

On Friday, 17 October 2014, we visited the Cerebral Palsy Unit at the Natal Settlers Children’s Hospital in Durban, South Africa. We spent four hours painting, feeding, playing music, singing, and entertaining the children.

We would like to express our gratitude to Catherina Pollock, who sketched all the murals on the walls, and  Build it for donating the paint.
