Easily get the insights you need with our updated user interface

With this release of Sage Intelligence, you’ll not only notice a fresh, new user interface that’s easy on the eyes, but also a redefined user experience that will help make your reporting experience even more intuitive and easy.

    What to look out for:
  • New Shortcut menu on the left-hand side that now houses the data load, as well as a new favourites menu.
  • Easy flow of page navigation through the introduction of breadcrumbs.



  • Quick and easy editing of your report name and description.




  • For the best experience, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of Financials.

  • You now have flexibility in creating financial reports with greater detail using sub-accounts with Sage Intelligence. Sub-accounts also work seamlessly with Dimensional tags to help customers make more informed decisions. Some of the specific that you can look forward to include:
    • Create and customise financial reports at a more granular level using sub-accounts with Sage Intelligence.
    • Seamlessly combine sub-accounts and dimensional tags to help make more informed financial decisions.
    • The option to Show Account Details will enable you to view the balance for the relevant account class, as well as the respective child account and sub-account.
    • Drill down to sub-account level.

  • The standard legislative reports across different regions have been grouped into the relevant folders for their specific region—making it easier for you to navigate.

  • Adding a set of rows has received a major face-lift. It’s been designed with a new look and feel that’s accompanied with great functionality, such as; adding rows at sub-account level, the ability to select and remove multiple rows, as well as sorting and filtering capabilities.
  • Sage Intelligence is now GDPR ready

  • Sage Intelligence has made your reporting even simpler through a fresh new User Interface.
  • You now have a clear distinction between standard reports that ship with Sage Intelligence and any custom reports that you have created through the separation of the “Standard Reports” and the “My Reports” tab on the menu bar.



  • You can now create and organise your custom reports into the relevant folders, as well as personalise the name and description of each your custom reports.



  • Get started quickly by going through the great help resources found on the easily accessible help icon.



  • Now you have the choice of exporting your report to a PDF, or downloading your report to Excel (retaining your formatting).

  • You now have the ability to add multiple dimensions to Sage Intelligence reports . They can now compare data and do a side by side analysis across different dimensions for example a comparison of 2 different territories with different sales people.

  • The Dimension Tag Selector in the Design Pane has been enhanced and simplified to show the Dimension, Tag and Company that the Tag is associated to. You are currently able to select a single Dimension Tag combination per column.
  • The budget layer has been added to the Layer parameter under column properties in the design pane allowing you to select Actual or Budget
  • Additional functionality added to the calculator – this includes the ability to edit an existing calculation, clear all (AC) columns/rows, and clear (C), SUM All automatically sums all the columns or rows available, or using Ctrl+ or Shift+ and selecting rows or columns followed by SUM All will sum the selected columns or rows.

  • New Financial reports

    For this release, we have added 4 more reports to each legislation (CAN-FR, CAN-EN, US, UK). This brings the total number of reports for each legislation to 7.

    United States

  • Ability to report off Dimension Tags and view Tags side by side
  • The Layer parameter has been added to the column properties in the design pane allowing you to select whether you would like to view a column by actual or adjustments.
  • Multi-company reporting – the ability to select multiple companies at run time to create an aggregated report
  • New financial reports include:

    – A new Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance legislative report has been created for the Canada (Canadian French and English), United Kingdom, and United States
